I wanted to take a moment to praise your Tupelo-Coley Rd. manager Charlotte Crump. As a former DM for Extra Space Storage, and a loyal customer of your company for two years, Charlotte has proven herself as a true storage professional. I appreciate that she answers the phone after hours with a "how can I help you" attitude, and that she has found the balance between  projecting a personal interest in her customers' well-being while protecting your company's bottom line.

There's not many managers who can make you feel good about yourself as you leave her office even though she wouldn't remove a late fee.

As a side note, my biggest issue of contention with Extra Space was their continuous rate increase policy. You still have my business because you haven't jacked my rate up 20%. And for that I sincerely thank you!
