POLICIES FOR STORAGEMAX TRUCK MOVE-IN'S

We are very proud to offer our valued customers the use of our move-in truck with no truck rental fee. However, certain policies must be adhered to in order for us to offer this free service. Please read carefully and understand the following: (Please initial by each.)

_____ You must rent at least a 10x10 unit and pay for a minimum of two full months in advance.

______ A $50 deposit is required, payable by cash or credit card. This deposit is to be paid prior to reserving the truck for a specific date and time. The deposit will be returned or credited upon satisfactory return of the truck. You have up until 24 hours before your scheduled time to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund.

______ Use of moving truck cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers or discounts.

______ Because of the high demand for the use of the truck, time limits have been set according to the size unit you are renting. Past use of the truck has indicated these limits to be more than adequate:

10x10 or 10x15= 4 hours
10x20 or 10x30= 5 hours

______ There will be a $10.00 charge for each half hour used over and above the applicable limit. The truck MUST be unloaded and returned before 5:00 pm Monday – Friday and 2:30 pm on Saturday unless previous arrangements have been made with the manager.

______ There is no charge for mileage if driven 50 miles or less. There will be a 40¢ per mile charge for each additional mile over the 50-mile limit.

______ The truck must be returned with a full tank of gasoline. Please bring in a gas receipt.

______ The dolly and blankets are available for your use, free of charge, when renting a unit. If these items are not returned, the cost to replace them will be charged to you.

______ The truck driver must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.

______ Proof of auto insurance is required and must be verified with a valid insurance card or by your insurance agent. Any damage or accident caused while operating Storage Park Properties rental truck is the responsibility of the customer and his/her insurance company.
